Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or swatched perfume oils for change of mind. Please review scent notes carefully before purchasing, or contact us with questions before you buy.

Unopened items: Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@saintxshop.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Final sale: Discovery/sample sets, gift cards, and items marked "final sale" can't be returned unless faulty.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns on unopened items, you cover the cost of return shipping. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, SAINTX covers return shipping.

To start a return: Email connect@saintxshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
